Wegatrend Evolve
Start with one process.
Measure the change.
AI-supported process development and automation.
Wegatrend Evolve is a service we are developing for businesses that work with documents, data and recurring administration. It draws on experience from our own operations.
Discuss a processWho it is for
Accounting and payroll practices, legal firms, insurance brokers, staffing agencies and other specialist businesses where accuracy, confidentiality and traceability matter.
A useful starting point is a recurring task with a clear owner, known inputs and an output that someone can check.
Where we start
These examples come from our own operations. The scope of each client project is agreed after reviewing its systems and requirements.
- Preparing payroll data from different source formats.
- Checking bank payment files before a person uploads and approves them.
- Organising documents and official correspondence by case and urgency.
- Sorting incoming email, drafting replies and preparing deadline summaries.
How the work proceeds
- Understand the process. Map the people, systems, data handovers, recurring problems and time spent.
- Define the first improvement. Agree scope, responsibilities, data access, checks and how the result will be measured.
- Build and test. Use sample or agreed data, check exceptions and define what happens when the workflow cannot proceed.
- Measure in daily use. Compare time, errors and turnaround against the starting point before deciding what comes next.
People define the boundaries
AI executes, people decide. People determine what the workflow may do, check its outputs and approve actions with professional or financial consequences.
We agree the tools, permitted data, access and review points before implementation. A prepared reply is not a sent email. A checked payment file is not an authorised payment.
What we are building
Evolve is at an early commercial stage. We bring experience and working tools from our own operations; we are developing the service and its first client relationships.
We begin with a defined process and agreed success criteria. We do not promise a fixed saving before understanding the work. The result may free capacity for clients, new services or other priorities.
Before we begin
Do we need a new system?
We first review the tools you already use. Any new software, access or recurring cost forms part of the proposed scope.
Do we need to automate the whole business?
No. We start with one process that can be tested and measured.
What should we send first?
A short description of the task, how often it occurs, the tools involved and what causes difficulty. Do not send client records or confidential documents in the first message.

Which process would you improve first?
Tell us where work repeats, waits or needs manual copying. A short description is enough for a first conversation.
- The task and how often it occurs
- The people and software involved
- Time spent, errors or delays
- The result you want to improve
Please do not send client records, employee identity documents or confidential attachments in the first message.
