Who is responsible
WEGATREND Gazdasági Tanácsadó és Szolgáltató Kft. (registered seat: 1037 Budapest, Erdőalja út 85/A fszt. 1., Hungary; reg. no. 01-09-675496; tax number 11764960-2-41) is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Contact: mark@wegatrend.com.
What this website collects
Nothing on its own. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. The hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) processes technical data — IP address, browser type, time of request — in server logs to deliver the page and keep it secure; that processing is described in Vercel's own privacy notice.
When you contact us
If you write to us or call, we process the data you give us — name, company, contact details and what you tell us about your project — to answer you and, if it comes to that, to prepare and perform a contract.
- Legal basis: steps prior to a contract at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Retention: enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 12 months of the last exchange. Data connected to a contract is kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Recipients: our e-mail and document-storage providers, acting as processors under contract. Data is not sold or shared for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to mark@wegatrend.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, naih.hu.
